How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team or use our online return portal to start the return process. You'll need your order number and the reason for return.

Prepare Your Package

Pack your items securely in their original packaging (if possible) along with the return slip. Make sure items are clean, unworn, and have all tags attached.

Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label provided or ship to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and process your return, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Size & Color Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the return process and specify that you'd like an exchange.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or color is out of stock, we'll process a full refund instead.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Any customs fees for returned items are the customer's responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items

Quality Guarantee

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

We'll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
